Role Description The Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials. This role focuses on planning, tracking, and optimizing shipments while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery across the supply network. Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring inventory flow, and ensuring alignment between suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. The coordinator prepares and maintains logistics documentation, tracks delivery schedules, and proactively addresses issues such as delays, discrepancies, or transport disruptions. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function by identifying inefficiencies, assisting in process optimization, and contributing to the implementation of best practices. The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy across logistics systems and supporting reporting activities related to shipment performance, cost efficiency, and operational KPIs. Acting as a communication hub between procurement, warehouse teams, carriers, and other stakeholders, the Logistics Coordinator ensures that all parties have clear and timely information to support operational success.
