Digital Performance Marketing Specialist
Mid–Senior Level | Brisbane-based | Full Time or Part-time We’re looking for an experienced Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead strategy and drive results across paid digital campaigns for our client base. You’ll spearhead the digital strategy programs across a diverse mix of clients spanning education, not-for-profit, fitness and hospitality and more. This role is suited to someone who understands Meta and Google deeply — how they work, what performs, how audiences behave and how to continually optimise for stronger outcomes. Experience across LinkedIn and TikTok is highly regarded. We’re looking for someone commercially-minded, analytical and genuinely passionate about the evolving digital landscape. Someone who stays across platform changes, emerging trends, new tools and evolving best practice — and brings that thinking into the work. This is an opportunity to play a key role within a growing agency network and help shape the direction of digital performance across the business, while developing the digital service offering to drive new business and cater to the growing digital needs of our established client-base Working closely with the Creative and Communications leadership team, this role is suited to someone ready to take the next step in their career and evolve into a Digital Department Head as our digital client base grows. We will consider full-time or part-time for the right person for the role. What you’ll do
· Lead paid digital strategy across client accounts
· Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
· Build audience targeting, campaign structures and conversion strategies
· Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results
· Analyse campaign data and provide clear performance insights
· Manage campaign budgets, pacing and reporting
· Stay across platform developments, algorithm changes and emerging opportunities
· Contribute strategic thinking during planning and client discussions
· Support clients in achieving measurable business outcomes through digital marketing
· Set and manage client KPIs ensuring ROAS and campaign objectives are achieved Platforms & channels

· 5+ years experience in digital performance marketing
· Strong platform knowledge across Meta and Google
· Proven ability to improve campaign performance and deliver measurable results
· Confidence interpreting data and making strategic recommendations
· Strong communication and client management skills
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
· Ability to achieve strong commercial outcomes across multiple industries
· A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
