We’re looking for

a Senior Consultant with a procurement focus

who enjoys variety, trust and meaningful work. Someone curious, proactive, and keen to take on responsibility early. This role suits someone who likes switching between strategic thinking, detailed analysis and impactful stakeholder engagement, with a strong interest or experience in procurement and commercial advisory.

What you’ll be doing

Working primarily across

Procurement advisory , with exposure to our broader practice areas like Public Sector Advisory, Property and Program Evaluation.

Supporting

end‑to‑end procurement activities and complex tenders within government or comparable public‑sector frameworks

(e.g. QLD Government, Commonwealth)

Using your critical thinking and commercial smarts to turn messy, ambiguous problems into clear insights and practical, decision‑ready recommendations

Running consultations and workshops, and working closely with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes, not just analyse issues

Turning insights into clear, well‑structured reports and presentations that help clients make confident decisions

What you’ll bring to the table

2–5 years consulting or professional experience

Experience or exposure to

procurement, sourcing or commercial environments

Familiarity with

government or regulated procurement environments

is highly regarded

Sharp thinking, solid attention to detail, and a knack for making sense of complexity

A team‑first mindset and a hunger to keep learning
