Description: Our client is seeking an Assistant Accountant Intern to join their team for a 3‑month internship. This role presents a fantastic chance for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in the energetic field of commercial real estate finance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Help analyse financial data and trends
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance documents
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and other accounts
- Contribute to various ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
