About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Care Consultant to join our Brisbane-based team. This role is focused on maintaining strong relationships with our recent and existing customers while ensuring their Riva equipment continues to operate efficiently and effectively. You will play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing business relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer care phone calls and follow-up check-ins
- Ensure customer equipment is operating correctly and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes
- General administrative duties and customer database management
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to support customer needs About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An excellent phone manner and strong communication skills
- A positive attitude with a flexible and motivated approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Outlook and general office systems
