- YouTube Studio Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechatronics Engineer located in Brisbane, QLD. The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechatronic systems and components used in facade inspection technology. This includes troubleshooting and maintaining electronic systems, performing regular equipment diagnostics, and optimizing electromechanical processes to enhance efficiency. The Mechatronics Engineer will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure reliability and alignment with international certification standards. In short when you are working for Voltin, you are a member of the team which will be pivotal to the successful development of the product and services of a unique building inspection and reporting system.Your duties will be on a fulltime basis and subject to the conditions of your Employment Agreement. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechatronics, including designing and optimizing mechatronic systems
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering principles
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electromechanical systems and equipment
- Knowledge of Electronics and Electromechanics for troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with inspection systems or similar technologies is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in on-site, team-oriented environments Education & Experience Formal qualifications in a relevant technical discipline to bachelor’s degree level (or well-advanced undergraduate level). Appropriate short courses or experience in product design and project reporting as part of a quality management system. Medium level experience and skill with MS Office 365 software, experience in AutoDesk and CAD design software or equivalent, and video editing software.
