Cyber Security Delivery Manager (Brisbane)

We're working with a leading technology and consulting organisation supporting enterprise and government clients across complex, high‑assurance environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end security outcomes across key programs. This is a client‑facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, driving security initiatives, shaping strategy, and ensuring strong delivery across multiple engagements. The Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for cyber security delivery and service improvement
- Lead security engineering and architecture discussions, translating outcomes into clear roadmaps
- Drive cyber security strategy, maturity uplift, and transformation programmes
- Lead multi‑disciplinary teams delivering security services
- Oversee incident response coordination and risk management activities
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external vendors
- Identify opportunities to optimise and improve security service delivery About You
- 10+ years' experience in IT, including 8+ years in cyber security
- Strong background in Security Architecture and Engineering
- Experience delivering to Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 (or similar)
- Solid knowledge of frameworks such as ISM, PSPF, ISO *****, NIST or equivalent
- Proven experience leading cyber transformation or security uplift programmes
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA or TOGAF are highly regarded Why Apply
