- Receive, store, and dispatch goods in accordance with company procedures
- Prepare and handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Follow transparent verbal instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Understands and is responsible for quality control standards
- Possesses an advanced level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent keyboard skills
- Sound working knowledge of all warehousing duties performed at levels below this grade, exercises discretion within scope of this grade
- May perform work requiring minimal supervision either individually or in a team environment Qualifications
- Forklift operation and secure handling skills
- Warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience preparing and handling customer orders

- High attention to detail and accuracy
