One of Brisbane’s most iconic venues, the Regatta Hotel, is building out its kitchen team and we’re looking for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With multiple offerings across the venue, this is a great prospect to join a well-established team with strong leadership and a reputation for quality. Current Opportunities
- Chef de Partie (Full-Time) – Strong operator for the pans section, confident in high-volume service.
- Casual Café Chef – Minimum 20 hours per week, supporting café-style service.
- Kitchen Porter – Multiple positions available across the venue. About the Role Working alongside a strong leadership team, you’ll be part of a kitchen focused on consistency, efficiency and quality across all service periods. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality dishes during busy service.
- Maintaining a clean and organised section.
- Supporting team service and communication.
- Following food safety and kitchen standards.
- Contributing to a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. What We’re Looking For
