Commis Chef - Calamvale Hotel (Brisbane)

The Calamvale Hotel is part of the McGuire family owned and operated Hotels, offering a busy service environment with bars, restaurant, casual dining areas, gaming room, function spaces, drive‑through bottle shop and 60 guest rooms in the Heart of Calamvale. About the Role We are looking for people who share our passion for food and have proven experience working in a team workplace. The role involves preparing and serving food to guests in all areas – functions, restaurant, bars and guest rooms. Full‑time salary positions are available, with flexibility for suitable candidates to work casual shifts. Shifts run 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm, with straight hours only (no split shifts). We require a commitment to working as much or as little as you choose, depending on your availability. Your application will include the following questions:
