About the Role Stamford Plaza Brisbane is currently seeking passionate and hardworking Commis Chefs to join our talented Kitchen Brigade on a full‑time basis. Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures.
- Cooking, cleaning, assisting other cooks, and delivering food in a fast‑paced setting.
- Operating a grill, oven, or fryer as required. Requirements for the role
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Degree from an internationally recognised culinary institution preferred.
- Working knowledge of safe kitchen practices.
- Knowledge of food & beverage and kitchen regulations.
- Australian resident or visa rights to work in Australia.
