We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a fast-paced, high-demand Aged Care desk at Randstad Whether you are an experienced recruiter with 2–3 years of specialist nursing recruitment experience, or a Registered/Enrolled Nurse looking to pivot your clinical knowledge into a rewarding corporate career—we want to hear from you. The Opportunity: A Day in Your New Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be the heartbeat of our Aged Care division, connecting exceptional nursing professionals with critical healthcare roles across Queensland and be based either in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
- Relationship Building: This is a high-volume, phone-based role. You will spend your days proactively connecting with aged care professionals and forge strong partnerships with Aged Care clients.
- Problem Solving & Consulting: You aren't just filling jobs; you are navigating complex logistics, locations, and compliance needs to deliver seamless staffing solutions.
- On-the-Road Client Engagement: Based in Melbourne, you will travel to Adelaide for 2 days every 3–4 weeks (all travel and accommodation fully paid) to visit clients on-site, understand their facilities, and strengthen partnerships. What You Need to Succeed We are looking for a vibrant, resilient, and busy-loving professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 2–3 years of healthcare/nursing recruitment experience OR a strong nursing background (RN/EN) with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
- Drive: A love for the phone, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
