- Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities for renewable energy projects (thermal, BESS, wind, solar, hybrid) from mobilization through to commissioning.
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met. You’ll have
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a mechanical supervisor or similar role in renewable energy projects, specifically in thermal, BESS, wind, solar, and hybrid systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices related to renewable energy infrastructure.
- Experience managing mechanical teams and subcontractors in a fast‑paced, dynamic workplace.
- Qualifications: Mechanical or similar required and Project Management desired.
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
