Precast Project & Design Manager for Industry Leader (Brisbane)

- you love them. We need a gun Project & Design Manager for our client Novus Precast. They’re an innovative precast construction business doing some seriously interesting work across residential, commercial, infrastructure and architectural projects. You’ll coordinate the design, documentation, information flow and project delivery side of major precast projects
- making sure drawings, consultants, drafting, production and site teams are all moving together properly. This role is right in the middle of all the moving parts
- it’s an incredibly agile role. You could be working across:
- High-end architectural projects
- Hospitals
- Tier 1 developments
- Stadiums
- Infrastructure projects
- High-rise residential The business itself is really special
- they are industry leaders, growing nationally & soon will be international. The Executive Leadership team is down-to-earth and the Founder invests a lot into the business & the team. It is chaotic
- and they’re working hard to implement processes, structure & management to help make things more calm, but they need someone resilient that gets bored if things are too easy.
