About The Role Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in either our South Brisbane or Beerwah office. As a full-time Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and components across a range of projects. Headline Skills
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support commissioning, installation, and maintenance activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies About You
- Degree qualified Engineer, eligible for Engineers Australia membership
- 2+ years' experience in an Electrical Engineering role
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication, stakeholder‑management, and report‑writing skills
- Proficient in the specification and sizing of electrical equipment and cables
- Solid knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems design
- Proficient in performing power system studies using industry‑standard software platforms
- Ability to perform power system calculations, including implementation in MATLAB or similar
- Working knowledge of Python programming, applied for automation, scripting, and data exchange
