Lead the execution of marketing strategy for a Major Game brand—delivering compelling, customer-led campaigns that drive participation and revenue. You’ll turn strategy into action, bringing campaigns and in-market experiences to life while ensuring strong, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. Partnering with the Head of Marketing – Major Games, you’ll identify growth opportunities, brief new ideas, and oversee delivery across channels—balancing creativity with commercial results. What you’ll do Own how your game brands show up in market—ensuring they’re compelling, competitive and customer-led Deliver integrated campaigns using customer insights to drive participation, engagement and revenue Identify and brief new initiatives into Group Brand aligned to clear customer and turnover goals Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across channels, ensuring quality, consistency and timeliness Build strong stakeholder relationships across retail, commercial, legal, digital, finance and customer teams Manage agencies, budgets and performance—optimising ROI and ensuring compliance at all times What you’ll bring Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline Significant experience in brand or marketing management roles Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Experience managing budgets and understanding key ROI drivers Robust experience working with external creative and media agencies and leading cross-functional teams Creativity and a flexible, adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and opportunities Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how marketing activity drives revenue outcomes Analytical mindset, with confidence using data and insights to inform decisions and optimise performance Customer-obsessed and solutions-focused, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience What you’ll get Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, but you’ll get a genuine feel for who we are and what it’s like to be part of our team.
