What you’ll do As a Lead Electrical Engineer – QLD Industrial based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
- Be the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss and assist with electrical works
- Lead technical design for projects and client portfolios
- Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects
- Manage, mentor and supervise other engineers
- Manage project progress, expenditure, and performance outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist in successfully driving opportunities to successful outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards What you’ll bring
- A minimum of 15 years experience in LV and HV electrical engineering with the proven ability to apply this technical knowledge to achieve project outcomes
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Oil and Gas projects
- Experience leading electrical teams with the ability to train, guide and support other engineers
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards, and specifications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
