Description St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside is looking for experienced Environmental Service Assistants to join our supportive team. Responsibilities
- Delivering and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all hospital areas, including wards and operating theatres.
- Ensuring equipment used during your shift is cleaned, restocked, and stored correctly.
- Supporting a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
- Communicating effectively with nursing staff and other stakeholders to help achieve positive clinical outcomes. Qualifications / Experience
- Ability to work a variety of casual shifts including weekends and evenings as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and use of equipment.
- Outstanding hygiene standards and a basic understanding of infection control.
- Understanding of safe work procedures and practice including manual handling.
- A strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised while meeting tight deadlines. Perks
