Ict Vendor & Contract Manager (Brisbane)

The Prospect Troocoo is proud to partner with a not-for-profit organisation in Queensland that aims to create a better world through social and environmental impact, to recruit a newly created ICT Vendor & contract Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ICT Vendor & contract Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining a trusted partnership with a critical ICT vendor, driving performance on a complex, multi-schedule, high-value contract, and identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager for a major IT supplier, developing a deep understanding of their capabilities, performance, and strategic alignment.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and service levels and lead regular performance reviews.
- Identify growth opportunities within the supplier relationship.
- Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, and operations to ensure supplier activities are aligned and compliant.
- Create and present regular performance dashboards and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supplier performance, compliance, or delivery. Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, supplier relationship management, or commercial partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value ICT contracts and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Expertise in developing and managing supplier performance frameworks, contracts, and reporting tools.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments with service delivery teams.
