Project Manager - Microsoft Technologies (Brisbane)

ONE REC Global are partnering with a boutique Microsoft consultancy who are leading the way in delivering outstanding solutions to their customers. Due to continued growth we're looking for a Mid-Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across Microsoft-based transformation programs within government and enterprise environments. You can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney. If you enjoy cutting through complexity, leading from the front, and delivering real outcomes (not just ticking boxes), this is the role for you. What you’ll be doing
- Leading delivery across multiple Microsoft projects (D365, Power Platform, Azure, Data, AI and ESG)
- Owning project outcomes — timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
- Managing stakeholders across government and enterprise environments
- Driving Agile delivery and keeping teams focused, aligned, and moving
- Navigating complex programs with clarity, structure, and confidence What we’re looking for
- Proven Project Manager in consulting / tech delivery environments
- Experience delivering digital or Microsoft-based projects
- Comfortable operating in structured environments (government experience a bonus)
- Strong communicator who can manage senior stakeholders with ease
