Apprentice Painter (Brisbane)

About the Role AR Developments is seeking motivated school leavers and/or mature‑age apprentices to join our in‑house painting team as Apprentice Painters. This role is suited to candidates looking to start a long‑term career in the construction industry through a structured apprenticeship. You’ll be supported to complete a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating while gaining hands‑on experience across large‑scale residential townhouse developments. You’ll work under the supervision of experienced painters and site leaders, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, to program and to a high standard of quality. About You This role is ideal for someone who has recently finished school and/or is looking to develop a career in the painting trade. You’re reliable, willing to learn and take pride in your work. You understand the importance of teamwork, communication and safety on site. You’ll also have:
- A current White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Enrolment in, or willingness to commence, a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and take feedback on board Previous construction or painting experience is not required.
