Commercial/Residential Cleaner (Brisbane)

About the role Ventic Cleaning Solutions is seeking motivated cleaners to join our team on a casual basis, working across commercial sites in Brisbane's CBD and residential bond cleans on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces 2. Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations 3. Maintain a strong focus on safety and adhere to all company policies and procedures 4. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or issues What we're looking for 1. White Card (mandatory for commercial sites). 2. Own reliable transport to travel to various sites across Brisbane. 3. Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian permanent residency accepted). 4. Flexible availability across Brisbane CBD and Redcliffe Peninsula, including varied days and times. 5. A minimum of 6–12 months' experience in commercial and/or residential cleaning. 6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. 8. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. 9. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive movements, bending, and lifting as required. What we offer 1.
