Job Description We have a rare and exciting chance for an experienced and driven People & Culture Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis, based in our Brisbane CBD Corporate Office. In this role, you will partner with a diverse portfolio of hotels across Australia and New Zealand, delivering end-to-end HR support, practical guidance, and commercially focused advice. You will work closely with a high-performing team of P&C; professionals, contributing to a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Providing explicit, practical HR advice aligned to policy and legislation
- Building robust stakeholder relationships across a multi-site ANZ portfolio
- Leading employee relations matters with a balanced, solutions-focused approach
- Supporting performance and development initiatives to lift capability
- Driving compliance with employment law, awards, and company standards
- Supporting labour cost control and workforce management outcomes
- Assisting with visa and sponsorship processes
