Talent & Workforce Advisor (High Volume) Deliver high-volume recruitment and workforce planning across multiple services, partnering with leaders to drive workforce stability and strong hiring. Paddington, Brisbane | Full-Time | Permanent Own the hire. Support the workforce. Drive real outcomes. At Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC), we support more than 135 early education and OSHC services across Queensland. Every hire and every workforce decision directly impacts children, families, and communities. That's why this role is more than recruitment; it's about delivering workforce outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Role This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role where you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce coordination across an assigned portfolio of services. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume roles
- Partner with Service Leaders to understand workforce needs, risks, and challenges
- Proactively source and pipeline candidates
- Screen, assess, and manage candidates through to onboarding
- Ensure all compliance, reference checks, and documentation are completed accurately Workforce Planning
- Track vacancies, workforce movement, and staffing risks
- Provide data-driven insights and practical workforce solutions
- Assist with casual workforce coordination and deployment
- Monitor workforce trends and elevate risks Onboarding & Support
- Coordinate onboarding and support new starters through their first 90 days
- Identify early risks and support retention and engagement Stakeholder Partnership
- Provide clear, practical advice to Service Leaders
- Build strong relationships and capability What This Role Requires
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or workforce coordination
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail across compliance, data, and administrative work
- Confidence working with stakeholders and providing advice
- A structured, outcome-focused approach
- Highly regarded This role requires regular travel across services within your portfolio to support in office workforce delivery. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, childcare, health, or regulated environments
- Exposure to workforce planning, rostering, or casual workforce coordination Why Join CEEC
