The Commercial Group at BAC is responsible for the strategy, development and operation of our retail, carparking and property businesses. This is a Finance Business Partner role primarily supporting our very active property development teams. About the role The Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring commercial returns are optimised across the property development portfolio. The key deliverables centre around partnering with the Commercial property team to develop and deliver recent initiatives and property developments, while providing financial guidance on the implementation of key leasing strategies. This role also supports the delivery of end‑of‑month reporting, forecasts, and budgets for the Commercial Group. About you You like to be part of a happy, high‑performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing excellent work. Keen to get involved in the property business you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and be CPA/CA registered. You will have significant experience with high‑level financial modelling and analysis, enabling you to provide expert financial advice through the development of robust property development feasibility models and assumption testing, enabling informed decision‑making and optimisation of commercial returns for BAC. An understanding of property valuation practices and commercial leasing agreements would be beneficial.
