Chef (Casual) – Holland Park Hotel We are looking for a trade-qualified Chef to join our rapid‑paced kitchen team in a local landmark. You will help us deliver high‑quality bistro favourites in a high‑volume environment, so efficiency, reliability and consistent food standards are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes that 'WOW' our guests
- Contribute positively to our culture centred on safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
- Maintain a consistent standard of high‑quality and well‑presented dishes that align with the ALH standard Day In The Life
- Work a rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays

- Great experience working in a quick‑paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
- Understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
- Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
