The Role As a Regional Sales & Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strong sales outcomes, leading a high-performing field team, and strengthening our presence across your region. Working closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for executing sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll also play an important role in connecting customer insights and market trends back into the business to inform decision-making. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you will balance team leadership, customer engagement, and commercial delivery. Regular travel will be required to stay connected to your team, customers, and broader market activity. About You You are a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys leading from the front. You’re confident building relationships, influencing outcomes, and translating strategy into action. You bring:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or multi‑territory role
- Strong people leadership capability, including coaching and developing others
- Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing performance, budgets, and targets
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
- A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret sales performance and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience within consumer goods, retail, or industrial/B2B environments will be highly regarded.
