- Apply before: 6/21/2026 This role will ensure continuous production in the plant with focus on safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. What you will enjoy doing
- You will be responsible for an efficient maintenance system on site, ensuring planned maintenance is scheduled and completed in time and to required standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all site maintenance issues to ensure productivity and safety are optimized.
- Lead the PTW Process via completion of quality PTWs and contractor management.
- Support all MHF requirements on site and ensure integrity of controls and functional testing regime.
- Ensure safety and compliance in all personal behaviors, demonstrating safety leadership on site.
- Investigate incidents, highlight root causes and manage required actions.
- Support the plant manager in all aspects of site operations, including documenting, initiating, planning, and closing all management of change activities and providing monthly reports on MOC status.
- Proactively plan preventative maintenance on critical equipment/controls to avoid overdue work orders; manage preventative maintenance policies with relevant parties.
- Manage work orders: raise, circulate, follow‑up and close.
- Provide support in conducting risk assessments on standard processes and assist the plant manager in reviewing/updating SOPs for routine work. What makes you great
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical or related field and at least 2 years experience in an engineering role (industrial gases and/or LPG industry desirable).
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety Acts, legislation and regulations.
- Project management skills, excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
- General understanding of Permit to Work and Management of Change systems beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
- Proven safety leadership and change management skills.
- Broad understanding of LPG processes an advantage.
