About The Team Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. About The Role An engaging opportunity awaits you as an Associate in our health law team in Brisbane. The role will involve a mix of health and general liability matters, acting for medical and allied health professionals and other health care providers in a variety of claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated proceedings and coronial inquests. You'll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by Rob Samut and Sam Pillay – principals who are committed to empowering you and your career progression. About You
- experienced practitioner (3–6 years PAE) in the defendant insurance space, specifically in health law;
- can efficiently manage your own file load;
- enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
- all-rounder and a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of people and strong working relationships. Benefits Of Working With Us
