Marketing Manager (Brisbane)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the agile Ausdocs Holdings Group as a Marketing Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives to support the growth of the business. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Albion, Queensland. What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Managing the company's digital marketing presence, including website, social media, and online advertising
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify current opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
- Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities and support business development initiatives
- Overseeing the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance, and making recommendations for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies remain competitive What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the professional services or B2B sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using various marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
