Full Job Description Trident Services is currently recruiting forAviation Cleaning Supervisor'son aFull-Time basis to lead our morning /Afternoon/Night teams.

About the Role As anAviation Cleaning Supervisorat Brisbane Airport, you'll play a vital role in creating protected, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the BAC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for,
- Managing the day-to-day cleaning operations
- Managing shift rosters including core and Adhoc shifts
- Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning employees
- Managing quality systems to ensure complianceand safety
- Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements About You:
- Minimum 6 months cleaning supervisory experience
- Reliable, proactive, and physically fit
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support
- Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)
- Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management
- Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation
- Report hazards and incidents
- Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication
- Ability to successfully pass aCriminal History Check,Drug and Alcohol Screening, andMedical Assessments
- Ability to obtain anASIC(Criminal History Clearance)
- Hold an unrestrictedDriver's Licenseand access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic, presentation and punctuality Skills & Experience:
- High level of presentation and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods
