The Opportunity Operations Analyst – Waste Management Operations, Rocklea. This pivotal role supports the operational performance of our QLD operations by driving efficiency, productivity and profitability. Monday–Friday with flexible working arrangements. What’s on offer

- Conducting comprehensive analysis of operational data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring productivity and efficiency metrics, developing strategies to reduce costs and maximise resource utilisation
- Analysing revenue performance and customer profitability to support pricing and contract decisions
- Reviewing route densities and collection patterns to identify and implement route optimisation opportunities
- Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards, KPI tracking systems and management reports to support strategic decision-making What you’ll need to be successful
- Experience in operations analysis, business analysis or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability
- Experience in waste management, logistics or service industry operations (desirable) Veolia’s AlwaysSafe culture means we care about safety.
