Business Support Officer Brisbane

Working in the Brisbane CBD office, you will join a growing, psychology-based organisation that is well respected in the wellbeing industry. As a Business Support Officer, you will work closely with the Business Performance manager and the broader Assure team to provide a comforting setting for our clients as well as exceptional office management. This is a client-facing role with a range of administrative duties. We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in the areas: administration, file and database management, computer literacy, data entry, office inventory, invoicing and diary scheduling. - Strong customer relationship skills
- Experience working in a rapid-paced, reactive office setting in a reception capacity
- Advanced computer skills with high levels of accuracy with Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Administrative experience including invoicing, account reconciliation, reporting and file management
