This 4‑week temporary Accounts Payable Officer role offers the prospect for extension and is hybrid & flexible working arrangement. It will take place in Inner East Brisbane. Job Description
- Manage the full Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, coding, and matching
- Process supplier payments in line with internal policies
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage queries
- Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity
- Support expense management processes, including transaction reviews and receipt matching
- Assist with month‑end close, reporting and general ledger reconciliations
- Contribute to audit preparation and compliance activities
- Collaborate with the wider finance team across AP, AR and accounting functions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and meeting deadlines Benefits
