Lead the Future of Radiation Therapy Care in Metro South Health Lead a high-performing Radiation Therapy team delivering advanced treatment, planning and quality assurance services while driving clinical excellence, innovation and patient-centred care. About This Role As a senior leader within Radiation Oncology, you will provide operational management, advanced clinical expertise and day-to-day leadership across radiation therapy treatment, pre‑treatment and quality assurance services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, evidence‑based and high‑quality patient care while supporting continuous improvement, staff development and service innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Radiation Therapists across treatment and planning services
- Deliver specialist clinical expertise in radiation therapy treatment and planning
- Drive quality assurance activities, audits and compliance standards
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists and multidisciplinary teams About You You are an experienced and collaborative Radiation Therapist with strong clinical leadership capability and a passion for delivering high‑quality patient care. You thrive in complex clinical environments, communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and are committed to continuous improvement and evidence‑based practice. You Will Bring

About Us The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Cancer Services is a highly developed, multidisciplinary cancer service in one of Australia’s largest teaching hospitals.
