Lead the Future of Radiation Therapy Care in Metro South Health Lead a high-performing Radiation Therapy team delivering advanced treatment, planning and quality assurance services while driving clinical excellence, innovation and patient-centred care. About This Role As a senior leader within Radiation Oncology, you will provide operational management, advanced clinical expertise and day-to-day leadership across radiation therapy treatment, pre‑treatment and quality assurance services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, evidence‑based and high‑quality patient care while supporting continuous improvement, staff development and service innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Radiation Therapists across treatment and planning services
- Deliver specialist clinical expertise in radiation therapy treatment and planning
- Drive quality assurance activities, audits and compliance standards
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists and multidisciplinary teams About You You are an experienced and collaborative Radiation Therapist with strong clinical leadership capability and a passion for delivering high‑quality patient care. About Us The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Cancer Services is a highly developed, multidisciplinary cancer service in one of Australia’s largest teaching hospitals.
