Warehouse Supervisor – Temp to Perm. Location: Crestmead, Brisbane, Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is highly motivated and well presented to join an agile distribution team in Crestmead. The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse logistics knowledge, managing inventory, overseeing dispatch and receiving, and ensuring safety procedures are followed across the warehouse. You will also be able to lead a productive and successful team. Temp to permanent, full time role. Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and priorities
- Experience in a busy warehouse workplace
- Experience with cycle counts, casting, cycle planning and shift supervision
- Oversee dispatch, receiving and safety
- Supervising teams to achieve shift objectives and meet order-delivery lead times
- Demonstrate an ability to encourage and motivate teams
- Experience with WMS is ideal Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing supervision
- Previous leadership experience
