Full Time Customer Service Consultant – Pre‑Construction Admin Team We have an exciting prospect available for a Full time Customer Service Consultant role in our pre-construction admin team at Stevie Redback Pest Control. You will be required to work from our Brendale office. This is a permanent full-time position of 38hr/week available. Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and email inquiries from builders, concreters, etc.
- Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
- Schedule pre‑construction pest installations for customers.
- Generate Form 12’s, Form 43’s and Certificates of Installation for completed works.
- Check payments and send customers their relevant documents for certification.
- Liaise with fellow colleagues.
- Meet internal sales targets and attend scheduled calls.
- Maintain our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance. Qualifications
- Previous call centre/customer service experience.
- Professional phone manner.
- Previous pest or building/construction experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in verbal and electronic communication.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
- Proven problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team setting to support colleagues.
