Strategic Health Sector Account Manager (Brisbane)

The purpose of this role is to establish and maintain high-level strategic relationships with Hospital and Health Services, Department of Health divisions and external stakeholders while delivering account management, issue resolution and service improvement activities across Queensland Health Supply Chain services.What you'll doIn this role you will manage strategic client relationships across Hospital and Health Services and government agencies, lead account management activities and communication pathways, support supply issue resolution and service improvement initiatives, contribute to project and change management activities, identify future client needs and operational opportunities, map and improve business processes, provide advice to stakeholders on supply chain matters, and collaborate with operational teams to improve service delivery outcomes.About youWe are searching for someone who:Has experience in account management, stakeholder engagement or client relationship managementCan influence and build strong relationships across complex organisationsHas project and change management experienceHas strong communication, negotiation and presentation skillsCan identify improvement opportunities and drive outcomesHas knowledge of supply chain, procurement or SAP/S4HANA environments (desirable)Why work with us?Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment that values people and prioritises employee success and wellbeing.
