About Us Real Community Services was established in January 2006 and now provides thousands of personal support hours per week to hundreds of people with disability, acquired brain injury or neurological conditions by focusing on empowering and improving their lifestyles. Providing quality services across the Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich as well as the Gold Coast areas. - Full Australian working rights
- Work experience or certificate in disability support work
- Current first aid and CPR or willing to obtain
- Blue card (working with children check) or willing to obtain before employment
- National Disability worker screening clearance (yellow card) or willing to obtain before employment
- Drivers Licence
- Smart phone with internet access
