Ozcare is seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Analyst to join the team at our Kangaroo Point corporate office. About the Role Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, The primary purpose of this role is to provide a consistently high standard of onsite technical support to end users across a wide range of systems and technologies. You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining Ozcare as a whole. You will work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver industry‑leading support services and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Be flexible and responsive to meet the needs of all Ozcare staff, the IT team and the demands of the business.
- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders and promote a positive reputation for the organisation’s IT service delivery and technical support functions.
- Work collaboratively in a spirit of teamwork with all parties to deliver the highest standards of IT and technical deskside support to the business
- Provide regular, proactive communications to end users to ensure they are aware of the progress of all works.
- Display a respectful, courteous and helpful attitude and manner in all dealings with both colleagues and third‑party vendors/providers.
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal and skilled behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values of Integrity, Respect, Empathy and Compassion.
- Prioritise work to ensure that a timely and efficient service is provided and that deadlines are met. - High level of customer service experience to internal and external customers.
- Ability to be able to identify and resolve client issues in a timely and proactive manner.
- Ability to provide consistent collaborative and high‑quality support to the IT team.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service to the Organisation.
- Sound technical understanding and demonstrated success in desk‑side and/or Service Desk roles.
- Experience supporting a wide range of IT environments, systems and platforms.
- Experience working in an ITIL aligned / compliance driven environment. Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication skills including telephone manner
- High level ability to facilitate and or deliver information using a variety of methods to a variety of stakeholders
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
