Business Development Manager – Disability Sector Pay: Market‑market-competitive salary + super (experience‑based). Location: Brisbane, QLD (hybrid; offices in Capalaba, Beenleigh & Ipswich). Employment Type: Full‑time. Tradewind Australia is partnering confidentially with a growing NDIS provider to recruit an experienced and driven Business Development Manager. This full‑time role is focused on expanding organisational reach across the NDIS sector by building strong referral pathways, strengthening community partnerships, and driving sustainable participant growth. This is an opportunity for a relationship‑led business development professional to play a key role in ensuring participants, families, and stakeholders can access high‑quality, participant‑centred plan management services that support choice, control, and positive outcomes. About the Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across the NDIS ecosystem. You'll build and manage a strong referral pipeline, represent the organisation across industry and community settings, and work closely with internal teams to ensure growth aligns with service quality and participant experience. You will combine strategic market insight with hands‑on relationship building to strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth outcomes. Benefits

- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of participants, referrers and partnership opportunities
- Establish trusted relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and service providers
- Represent the organisation at industry events, expos and community forums
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth aligns with consistent, high‑quality service delivery
- Monitor and report on KPIs and business development outcomes
- Maintain accurate, audit‑ready CRM data and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards What You’ll Bring Essential
- Demonstrated business development experience within the NDIS sector
- Strong working knowledge of NDIS legislation, guidelines and best practice
- Proven success in sales, lead generation and conversion
- High‑level communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

- Results‑driven, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within Queensland and interstate as required Desirable
- Experience in community engagement, events or venue‑based outreach
