Strategic Program Finance Analyst Government Tech Delivery …, Brisbane

Troocoo are partnering with a Federal Government organisation to recruit an experienced Program Finance Analyst for a 12 month contract prospect based in either Brisbane or Melbourne.

This role will sit within a large-scale technology delivery environment supporting multiple portfolios, programs and projects across enterprise and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial governance, reporting, forecasting and program financial controls across complex delivery streams.

We are seeking a commercially minded finance or project professional who can operate confidently across both Corporate Finance and Program Delivery environments, while partnering closely with Project Managers, Project Leads and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support financial management, reporting and governance across multiple technology portfolios and programs
- Deliver forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and financial reporting activities
- Manage and maintain financial controls aligned to governance frameworks and gated delivery processes
- Coordinate SAP forecast uploads, journal uploads and financial tracking activities
- Assist with financial modelling, reporting templates and portfolio consolidation
- Support vendor financial management, CAPEX/OPEX tracking and program financial performance
- Engage with Project Managers and Project Leads to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Strong experience across Program Delivery environments
- Experience working within large-scale project or portfolio delivery functions
- Strong understanding of P3 methodology, gated delivery processes and governance controls
- Advanced financial analysis, forecasting and reporting capability
- SAP experience including forecast uploads and journal uploads
- Experience supporting multiple portfolios and stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across delivery and executive teams
- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Government Security Clearance Experience within technology, infrastructure or enterprise transformation environments will be highly regarded.
