Role Executive Chef – A hands‑on leadership role where you will drive the overall performance of the kitchen, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and consistently high standards. You will strengthen kitchen structure, maintain systems and processes, and foster a positive, organised and efficient team workplace. Your responsibilities include leading, mentoring and inspiring the team, ensuring consistency across all service periods while supporting long‑term kitchen sustainability. Responsibilities and Experience
- Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus aligned with our brand and venue – all‑day dining and functions
- Lead, mentor and develop the kitchen team – strong team building & leadership skills
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency with creative flair in modern Australian cuisine
- Manage food costs, ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management on events, specials and business growth initiatives Benefits and Culture
