Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Consultant, based in Australia. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and providing strategic consulting to help clients transition into independent business activities. The role involves conducting business planning sessions, delivering presentations to prospective clients, and supporting participants in achieving professional growth and sustainable work practices. Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to drive growth and identify opportunities
- Consulting skills to provide strategic guidance and support to clients exploring independent business opportunities
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver impactful presentations
- Business Planning expertise to assist clients in developing structured plans for achieving their goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a professional, goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in mentoring and leadership is a plus
- Background in personal development or career coaching is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or similar fields preferred
