With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.About The RoleThis role will support the Programs & Major Maintenance Lead in the ongoing development and planning of scaffolding access, insulation removal, repair and replacement, coatings, and fireproofing activities.ResponsibilitiesReview CMMS daily for approved notifications, creating work ordersConduct site inspections to provide a detailed scope of workPopulate the work order & workpack with tasks, discipline hours, materials, specialist vendor requirements, PMRs and other services required to execute the workMaintain integrity of the CMMSPlan and schedule preventative workorders, ensuring statutory testing and compliance is maintainedReserve all stock materials, identify part numbers and all information required for the purchase of non-stock itemsAttend/Chair the Weekly Planning & Scheduling meetingsLiaise with Area Planners, identifying SIMOPS opportunities during the development of the Turnaround, 90 Day, 28 Day, Maintenance & Alliance weekly scheduleTake feedback on the work at the completion of the job and continually improve information for future work
