- Competence with technology, comfortable using digital tools for work. Schedule & Requirements Member Services Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. Candidates must be flexible to commit to a rotating roster. Full‑time, permanent or fixed‑term positions are available. The recruitment process includes a group interview at the CBD office. Training & Development All new hires will complete a blended learning program that combines classroom‑based training and assessment activities to provide foundational knowledge for success in the role.
