About The Role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. As a Member Solutions Consultant you’ll join our Member Services contact centre, which offers multi‑channel contact—including inbound and outbound calls, email, and live chat—to support members with account, product, and legislation enquiries, and to provide general advice where appropriate. You will listen to understand each member’s needs, empowering them to learn more about how they can maximise their retirement savings and guiding them to make the right decisions, especially during times of hardship or life‑changing events. Responsibilities
- Handle inquiry calls, emails, and live chat sessions from members and external financial advisors.
- Provide accurate account information, product details, and legislation updates to customers.
- Deliver general advice when suitable, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain empathy and professionalism under peak period and high‑pressure situations.
- Follow structured processes and capture information in the CRM system. Basic Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- Customer‑focused experience in a service‑based industry such as retail, hospitality, or contact centres.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a quick‑changing environment.
- Resilience, patience, and ability to manage through peak periods.
- Competence with technology, comfortable using digital tools for work. Schedule & Requirements Member Services Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. Candidates must be flexible to commit to a rotating roster. Full‑time, permanent or fixed‑term positions are available. The recruitment process includes a group interview at the CBD office. Training & Development All new hires will complete a blended learning program that combines classroom‑based training and assessment activities to provide foundational knowledge for success in the role.
