We are looking for our next Full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team. Job Description
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and operations to conduct site inspections for clients.
- Support the Sales Manager with daily operations and administration.
- Coordinate conferences and events with Kitchen and F&B; teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare and distribute BEOs.
- Maintain and update the Sales & Marketing database and electronic files.
- Assist with proposals, contracts, promotions, mail-outs, and communication materials.
- Support marketing, e-commerce, and campaign execution.
- Manage and update the hotel website and online content.
- Create marketing collateral and promotional materials in line with Accor brand standards.
- Maintain hotel brand identity, imagery, and media resources across platforms.
- Develop and manage social media strategies and communications initiatives.
- Liaise with corporate teams, management, suppliers, and advertising partners.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports. Qualifications
- The role requires aqualification in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with at least a years of experience in marketing or hotel operations.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple tasks are essential.
- Success in the role also depends on excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Employee Benefits
