Production Workers & Factory Hands Wanted – Labour Hire | Brisbane & SE QLD Accurate Recruitment Pty Ltd is a leading labour hire provider and employer of choice for industrial and manufacturing roles across South East Queensland. Typical Duties:
- Operating production and processing machinery safely and efficiently
- Assembly line work including packing, labeling, and quality checking products
- Sorting, weighing, and preparing materials for production
- Manual handling of raw materials and finished products
- Cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting work areas and equipment
- Assisting with machine setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitoring production flow and reporting issues to supervisors
- Following production schedules and meeting output targets
- Adhering strictly to workplace safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock control, inventory, and materials handling
- Supporting team members in completing tasks efficiently and safely Qualifications:
- Previous production or factory experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environments
- Good attention to detail
- Valuable understanding of workplace safety and a positive attitude towards safety
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable transport to get to and from work
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening Highly Regarded (but not essential):
- Forklift licence
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehousing
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Experience operating machinery or equipment in a production environment
- Previous work in shutdowns, maintenance, or high‑volume production lines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and follow site‑specific procedures
- Own PPE and prior labour hire experience Locations: Brisbane (North & South), Ipswich, Logan & Gold Coast Shifts: Day, Afternoon & Night shifts available Benefits:
