Lead/Senior Civil Engineer (Brisbane City)

Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract, supporting Mining. Location: Newcastle NSW. Assignment length: 12 months fixed term. Company: Engineering Consultancy. Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering design for sustaining capital and brownfields projects.
- Prepare and review designs for drainage, earthworks, and site infrastructure.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical support during construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and client specifications. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 6+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally in mining or heavy industrial brownfields environments.
- Proven track record delivering sustaining capital or small-to-medium brownfields projects.
- Proficiency in civil design software (12D preferred) and drainage/earthworks modelling tools.
