Previous real estate experience is desirable, but we are open to training a strong administrator with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be expected to work full time, completing all duties whilst ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house. Responsibilities
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers, clients and colleagues.
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
- Manage and maintain the meeting room bookings, calendar and cleanliness/upkeep.
- Assist with the preparation of Form 6s, contracts and marketing, including document processing.
- Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity.
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction. Qualifications / Skills
- 2-3 years of prior real estate experience or administration, highly advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion and desire to help others succeed.
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office.
